Why this exists
Most people doing good in the world never find each other.
And the people who want to support that work, with their time or their money, can’t find you either.
SeedTree exists to close that gap. We connect everyday people with the organisations quietly doing the work of healing the world. It makes you findable by the people already looking for what you do.
Being a Tree in SeedTree isn’t a listing. It’s a living presence.

- Attention, measured and returnedEvery time someone shines their light on your organisation · views, shares, saves · we track it. Each month you get the numbers: how many people found you through SeedTree, where they came from, and what they did next.
- A new funding channelMembers can direct their funding, called Water here, toward organisations they believe in. We act as a conduit, not a gatekeeper. We also curate themed portfolios so someone can back a whole basket of aligned work at once.
- The map of who else is out thereSeedTree is building a relational map of the regenerative movement, and a listing puts you on it. It shows you who else works in your space, what is starting up near you, and where a collaboration is possible.
- Your updates, carried furtherConnect your social accounts and updates, and we carry your news, events and calls to action to people who have opted in to hearing about the kind of work you do.
- Roles and open callsPost jobs, collaborations, volunteer positions and open calls directly to the SeedTree network. Our members are people already looking for purposeful work and already aligned with your values.

Share what you’re seeing
Each month we send you four or five short questions. What are you noticing in your space, what is working, what is breaking, and what the future looks like from where you stand. The answers feed the shared picture in Gather. It takes ten minutes.
Mentor a smaller organisation · become a Grove leader
Often the most useful thing an established organisation can offer is what it has learned. Trees are invited to mentor smaller organisations and early projects in their area, and to share the knowledge that rarely makes it into a report. What worked, what didn’t, and what you wish someone had told you.
It can be an open office hour, a shared template, a piece of research, or a warm introduction at the right moment. If it helped you grow, it can help someone else.
Fund other projects if you can · always optional
We ask that Trees water other projects as a practice of reciprocity rather than a requirement. You have benefited from a community that showed up for you. The amount is your choice, and so is where it goes. SeedTree is the conduit, not the gatekeeper.

Where the funding goes
SeedTree aims to be fully self-funded through its own services. At that point 100% of what you give flows directly to the projects and organisations on the ground.
Until then SeedTree takes a 5% operational contribution to keep the platform running and the team paid. We state it here because you should know exactly what you are part of. The rest goes where you direct it.
