An ecosystem grows from people who know why they are here and have the courage to say it plainly.

You belong here without condition. Your presence brings something this ecosystem cannot get anywhere else.
Regeneration
Leave things better than you found them. Repeated daily by enough people, that stops being a practice and becomes the culture.
