Kyoto's Junkan (circulation) Festival fills Umekoji Park with a ¥0 Market of collected used clothing, a clothing drop-off corner, and a circular flea market of reused, remade and deadstock goods. There are low-plastic food stalls, workshops for adults and kids, and student and community exhibits. Organisers measure and publish the CO2 saved by reuse.
