Repair Cafe · Whangārei

The Whangārei Repair Cafe, a project of the community group FORCE (For Our Real Clean Environment), brings volunteers who mend sewing and darning, woollens and heavy canvas, leather and denim. They also fix wooden chairs and small tables, small electrical and audio-visual gear, and sharpen up to five knives or tools per family. Flat whites and baking are sold to cover venue hire.
