Summer Grief Circle · Port Kembla

A small facilitated grief circle at The Pantha Way in Port Kembla, led by somatic movement facilitator and end-of-life doula Aislinn Miles. It includes grounding, breath-based practice, guided reflection and structured sharing, and speaking is optional. Tickets are $45, with a Pay It Forward ticket that funds someone else's place.
