Brighton Permaculture Trust is a charity based at The Fruit Factory in Stanmer Park, Brighton, that runs permaculture design courses, community orchard and forest garden projects, and volunteer programmes. Its fruit-waste scheme turns local surplus apples, pears and plums into juice, cider, vinegar and preserves, and it teaches skills from fruit tree grafting and scything to hempcrete and Earthship building.

Incorporated in 2000 (Companies House 04072259). Its autumn 2026 programme includes weekly permaculture plot and juicing volunteer sessions at Stanmer, Racehill Community Orchard days, and a permaculture design course in Lewes running 31 Oct 2026 to 13 Mar 2027.
