A national charity, now called Regenerate Australia, that restores ecosystems across regional and urban Australia. It plants native vegetation to rebuild biodiversity and protect habitat, working with Traditional Owners, landholders and local communities, and creates small community pocket forests in towns and cities.
Formerly Carbon Positive Australia, the charity runs large regional restoration plantings and Community Pocket Forests for urban shade and canopy. At Raukkan in South Australia it works with the Ngarrindjeri community and The Forktree Project to restore Country in the Coorong region. Businesses can join as partners, and its patron is Tim Jarvis AM.
