Casa Tilo

A villa in a natural park near Barcelona, Spain, where people gather for co-living weeks, facilitated retreats and team off-sites. It is hosted by Richard D. Bartlett and Natalia Lombardo, who have spent over a decade helping groups work together well.

Casa Tilo offers co-living stays of a week to a month, practice-led retreats covering relational, embodiment, leadership and developmental practices, and team retreats for organisations. The house can also be hired by facilitators and networks running their own gatherings for up to 26 people, with optional help designing or facilitating the event.
