Diversity Baked In: Heritage Flour Workshop · Newton Dee, Aberdeen

Professional bakers in Scotland co-produce loaves using heritage and population grains such as Rouge d'Écosse, April Bearded, einkorn and spelt, with time for troubleshooting and peer learning. It is run with Lapwings Community Mill, the Common Grains network (Scotland's non-commodity grain network) and the Gaia Foundation's Seed Sovereignty Programme, at Newton Dee's bakery.
