Ecocentric Futures

Ecocentric Futures is a collective of researchers and practitioners based in the Department of Environment and Geography at the University of York, England. It explores how ecocentric consciousness, deeper connection with nature, knowledge systems and future-oriented design can change how we live, learn and lead, and helps people across sectors build regenerative ways of working.

The collective shares guides, short articles, a podcast, publications and a Regeneration Directory, and offers PhD opportunities. One guide, on cohering system change at scale, draws on five years of action research supporting food system transformation in Yorkshire.
