Labsus promotes amministrazione condivisa (shared administration), in which residents and public bodies sign collaboration pacts to care for common goods such as neglected green spaces, empty buildings and property confiscated from organised crime. It runs training, a periodical and a festival, and documents pacts from towns across Italy.
