Naandi Foundation is an Indian development organisation based in Hyderabad, working with tribal, rural and urban communities on girls' education, regenerative farming and youth jobs. In the Araku Valley of Andhra Pradesh it helped form a large tribal farmers' cooperative growing specialty coffee with regenerative methods.

Naandi's agroforestry work reports 47.5 million trees planted for food forests and ecosystem services, with 85% survival, and projects 5 million tonnes of CO2 drawn down over 20 years. It says about 1,300 tribal farmers in Araku have reached millionaire status in rupees. Araku Coffee is sold in cafes in Paris, Bengaluru and Mumbai, and the cooperative hosts the Gems of Araku organic coffee festival. Its farming model, Arakunomics, received a Rockefeller Foundation food vision award.
