Clothing The Gaps

Clothing The Gaps is an Aboriginal-led, majority Aboriginal-owned social enterprise and B Corp based in Naarm (Melbourne). Co-founded in 2019 by Laura Thompson (Gunditjmara) and Sarah Sherry, it makes "merch with a message" and runs fashion and social justice campaigns such as Free The Flag and Not A Date To Celebrate.

Clothing The Gaps sells apparel and accessories labelled either "Ally Friendly" or "Mob Only", along with NAIDOC collections, and takes wholesale and bulk orders. Its advocacy has included rethinking 26 January, Our Islands Our Home, No Room For Racism and the Voice referendum. It also produces a podcast, videos and blogs. It was named Business of the Year at the 2020 Dreamtime Awards, became a certified B Corp in 2022, and is accredited with Supply Nation, Kinaway and Ethical Clothing Australia.
