Club de Reparadores began in Buenos Aires in 2015, inspired by Repair Cafés and Restart Parties, and holds free repair meetups where people fix appliances, clothes and household objects together. Over its first decade it reported 96 repair meetings, 3,585 objects repaired, about 6 tonnes of waste avoided and 31 independent clubs across Latin America, and it now hosts events at its base on Humboldt 83 in Villa Crespo, including one on 17 October 2026.
