DSNI exists so that Dudley residents can organise, plan for, create and control their own neighbourhood in Boston, with a community land trust, Dudley Neighbors Inc, at the heart of its work. In 2026 it is turning a city-owned lot at 518 Dudley Street into a civic arts space with studios, performance space and a café.
