Healthy Democracy designs lottery-selected civic assemblies and the Citizens' Initiative Review, in which randomly chosen voters write the voter-guide statement on a ballot measure. In early 2026 it ran the Los Angeles City Charter Assembly, which advised on the size and structure of the city council.
