Nganya is a First Nations-led consultancy that helps purposeful leaders and their teams work better with First Nations communities. It was founded by Dixie Crawford, a Barkindji woman from Brewarrina, and offers Reconciliation Action Plan support, cultural capability coaching, community engagement and strategic advice.
Nganya's iCulture360 is a four-part cultural learning program for leaders and teams, delivered in person or online. It also shares a RAP strategic toolkit, case studies and the Reconciliation Roadmap podcast.
