Permakultura (CS) is a registered association founded in 1996 that promotes permaculture across the Czech Republic. It keeps a map and network of permaculture projects, regional permaculture centres (REPEC), open permaculture libraries in Prague and Brno, a Permaculture Academy that runs PDCs, and the Klíč k soběstačnosti book series, plus an annual November conference and a monthly newsletter.
Autumn 2026 activity includes a shared tree order for food forests, posts on seed growing and vegetable storage, a big food-growing course in Ostrava (29 Oct to 1 Nov 2026), and the October 2026 newsletter. It is run by an elected council of volunteers.
