Pilgrim Paths Ireland is the national umbrella body for the volunteer community groups that care for Ireland's medieval pilgrim trails, including St Kevin's Way, Cosán na Naomh, Tóchar Phádraig, St Finbarr's Pilgrim Path, St Declan's Way, Brigid's Way and Lough Derg. It runs Pilgrim Paths Week over Easter, the Irish Pilgrim Passport with stamping points along the trails, and a guided Irish Pilgrim Journey. Its 2026 programme ran Pilgrim Paths Week from 3 to 12 April and the Pilgrim Journey from 13 to 20 June.

The body formed at a meeting in Nenagh in 2013 and is non-denominational. The first National Pilgrim Paths Day in 2014 drew over 1,700 walkers, and it became an Easter week from 2016. Member groups are local and volunteer-run across about a dozen paths. Pilgrims who complete the five passport trails can apply for a Pilgrim Certificate from Ballintubber Abbey.
