Prison Fellowship Rwanda is a Kigali-based justice and reconciliation organisation founded in 1995. It runs restorative justice between offenders and victims, prison and community psychosocial support, and reconciliation villages such as Mbyo in Bugesera (opened 2005), where survivors and released perpetrators share homes, a basket-weaving cooperative, savings groups and a dispute-resolution committee.
