A Takaka-based charitable trust that runs the Tracks (boys with fathers) and Tides (girls with mothers) five-day residential rites of passage for 14–17 year olds, plus pre-teen programmes, Crossroads for 18–35s, Marking Life Stages and a Wilderness Solo at Canaan Downs. Programmes use firelight, storytelling and time outdoors to mark transitions, run by a largely volunteer team with affordable fees. The Foundation marks 25 years in 2026.
