A community-organised project that runs collective kitchens where people can eat in exchange for work or a donation, and a Centro de Apoyo Mutuo in Caguas that hosts a monthly Súper Solidario market. It rejects dependence on charity and the state and frames food as a right, with youth programmes, herbal medicine workshops and campus kitchens for students.
The work grew from donation-based food stands that organiser Giovanni Roberto set up at the University of Puerto Rico in 2013 and became an island-wide food sovereignty movement. It currently fundraises to remodel its Centro de Apoyo Mutuo, with completion targeted for the end of 2026.
