Conscious Ground

A registered charity and certified organic farm near Myocum in the Byron hinterland, NSW, set up to advance education and the natural environment. Its 230-acre property has a market garden, food forests, a syntropic system and orchards, and it focuses on hands-on learning in regenerative agriculture, animal husbandry and holistic cooking.

The farm's main market garden covers just over two acres with 144 annual beds and 18 perennial tree rows, and it aims to grow or raise at least 90 per cent of the food used in its kitchen on site. Its stated goal is to create a place for regenerative agriculture education and to grow future farmers. It has recently traded as Conscious Ground Organics.
