DIIGG (Doing Intentional Inner Growth Groups) is a not-for-profit charity from Torquay that runs device-light rites of passage weekends in the Otways for young people aged 10 to 17 with a parent or caregiver, built around walks, challenges, campfire stories and a closing celebration. Michael Judd started it in 2022 after the death of his daughter Estella, and now leads a growing group of local mentors and facilitators. In May 2026 it launched regional rites of passage programmes across Geelong, the Bellarine and the Surf Coast.

Its 2026 camps include a Fathers and Sons weekend (ages 14 to 17, 13 to 15 November) and a Mothers and Sons weekend (ages 10 to 13), each limited to 12 pairs. It also runs men's groups, workshops and programmes for schools and clubs, and is registered with the ACNC as a deductible gift recipient.
