foodsharing is a Cologne-based non-profit whose volunteer foodsavers collect surplus food from shops and bakeries and pass it on free. It runs an online platform for neighbours to share food and a network of public Fairteiler share fridges and shelves. It co-organises the national Day of Food Rescue, held on 26 Sep 2026.
