Le Stück is a citizen-run local currency for the Bas-Rhin in France, centred on Strasbourg, and has been running for more than ten years. People swap euros for stücks to spend with participating local businesses and producers, while the euros are held at the cooperative bank La Nef. A commission on reconversions feeds a fund for small local ecological and social transition projects.
