My Forest Armenia is a Yerevan-based non-profit planting mixed native and endemic species, including fruit trees, in Lori, Tavush and now Shirak. It trains and employs villagers as planting and maintenance crews, with about 50 staff and up to 240 seasonal workers. It passed 3,000,000 trees planted in January 2026.

Founded in 2019, it did its first planting at Shirakamut, Lori, in November 2020, and follows each planting with maintenance and replanting. In May 2026 it signed a five-year agreement with the Ministry of Environment, funded by the Green Climate Fund, to create about 500 ha of new forest on community lands in Shirak, with agroforestry pilots such as windbreaks, intercropping and silvopasture. It co-founded the Armenia Forest Alliance.
