PermEco Inc is a not-for-profit and registered charity based at the Kendall Permaculture Farm in Kin Kin, in the Noosa Hinterland. It offers advice, education and training in regenerative and sustainable practices, including Permaculture Design Certificate courses, with services offered on a pay-what-you-can basis.
PermEco began in 2012 as the Permaculture Research Institute Sunshine Coast. It runs a self-paced online PDC, a two-week residential PDC on the farm, a monthly PDC over Zoom and free short online courses, and works on regenerative and holistic grazing. It was a finalist in the Noosa Biosphere Awards Land category in 2021 and 2022. Visits to the farm are by appointment only.
