Talente Netz Tirol is a members' exchange network where people trade services, skills and goods in a time-based unit called the TALENT, recorded in personal accounts on a shared online marketplace. Regional groups in Außerfern, Telfs, Innsbruck, Schwaz and Kufstein hold regular meetings, bazaars and community-help days. The network marked its 30th anniversary in May 2025.
A 2015 Tiroler Tageszeitung profile described about 380 members, with one Talent equal to one hour. The network runs a monthly Reutte/Außerfern evening through 2026, a joint group with Tauschring OAL in Pfronten (Bavaria), and seasonal markets such as a Christkindlmarkt in Oberperfuss.
