Tree of Life is a Zimbabwean voluntary organisation that runs three-day trauma healing and empowerment workshops for survivors of organised violence and torture. About eight survivors and two community facilitators work through the tree as a metaphor for a life, using storytelling, the body and nature, and many survivors go on to facilitate for others. Since 2003 it has trained more than 150 volunteer facilitators and run about 1,500 workshops for close to 12,400 people.

It has offices in Harare and Bulawayo and also runs psychosocial awareness and coping-skills training, psychosocial first aid and youth peacebuilding projects. The method has been used with survivors of the Gukurahundi atrocities in Matabeleland (Peace and Conflict Studies, 2016). Its site gives reach figures to December 2025.
