Black Creek Community Farm is a non-profit urban farm on eight acres in Toronto's Jane-Finch neighbourhood, serving the community since 2012. It grows organic produce sold through a farm stand, markets and its Harvest Share, and offers community garden plots and a Garden Resource Network. It also runs a youth programme, workshops and field trips, volunteering, and a Community Kitchen and Resilience Hub.
The farm sits at 4929 Jane St near Jane and Steeles. Its stated focus is food justice, education and sustainability for underserved communities, with programmes for youth, families and seniors on leadership and food insecurity. In February 2026 its Acting Executive Director wrote to Toronto City Council in support of the Loop Trail initiative.
