Roots of Empathy

A global evidence-based classroom program that develops empathy in children by bringing a baby and parent into the classroom over the school year. Founded by Mary Gordon in 1996, the program has reached 1.2 million children across Canada, the US, UK, Ireland, New Zealand and Norway. Reduces aggression, increases sharing, caring and inclusion, and promotes resilience, wellbeing and positive mental health.
