A Brazilian collective that brings together small groups of residents picked by civic lottery to learn about an issue and recommend policy. In 2025 it ran climate assemblies in Barcarena and Magalhães Barata in Pará and a climate justice mini-public in Osasco's outer neighbourhoods, and in 2026 a youth mini-public on safety in São Paulo.
