Sustainable Agriculture Tanzania is a Morogoro-based organisation running a Farmer Training Centre at Vianzi, Lubungo, with courses in agroecology, regenerative agriculture, agroforestry and permaculture in Swahili and English. It reports around 150 organic-certified farmer groups and links smallholders to markets through its sister social enterprise SAT Holistic Group, which buys, processes and sells their produce.
